800WN(Q) Diesel Engine Dredge Slurry Pump
1.Structure
The structure of 200WN to 500WN type dredging pump is single-casing, single-stage, single-suction, cantilever and horizontal. According to the connection with the gear box, two structures can be offered: self-carrying bracket and pump-box assembly. The lubrication for the bracket is grease or thin oil.
The structure of 600WN to 1000WN type dredging pump is double-casing, single-stage, single suction, cantilever and horizontal. It has self-carrying bracket. Lubrication is forced thin oil lubricating. The double-casing design can ensure the liner can work till it is worn out, and if the liner crack, water can not enter into the pump.

2.Application
Delivering gravel,Digging mud,Filling harbor in rive,Sea all over the country,Petrochemical,Dredging,Other industrial departments, etc.
3.Quality Control
We have our own casting factory,so that we control the qaulity from raw material.We take sample to do chemical test before casting and do another test during casting to confirm the right percentage of all components.And casting,we would do physical test and spectrum analysis when and after assembling pumps.We do impeller dynamic and static balance,bearing test,roto test to test noise,vibration,shaft.Also we have paiting hourse to paint pumps.
