Slurry Pump Front and Rear Liner plate parts

Slurry Pump Front and Rear Liner plate parts is one of wet parts of slurry pumps. 

It links plate liner and forms a Pump chamber to work with impeller. 

As a wet part, its material is very important and RT pump offer high chrome white iron (%27chrome) throatbush which is very abrasive-resistant.

① High Chrome concentration alloy 1, Rockwell hardness HRC ≥60, high abrasion application.

②High Chrome concentration alloy 2, Rockwell hardness HRC ≥58, high  abrasion application .

③ High Chrome concentration alloy 3,  both anti-abrasion and corrosion-resistant, can be used in PH ≥4 and cl- 20000 ppm environment.

④Other materials according to your requirements.

⑤ If used in PH≤4, you can choose wearable rubber, as: R26/R55/EPDM/S31
